Service Description
Reserve a private four-hour Springfield Brewery Tour for your group of 2–14 adults. Tour The Ozarks provides the driver and private transportation while your group explores a flexible selection of Springfield-area breweries and other popular craft-beverage stops. Stops vary with venue hours, availability, pickup location and group preferences. Drinks, food and other venue purchases are not included unless specifically stated. All guests who consume alcohol must be 21 or older and bring valid photo identification.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING Cancel more than 48 hours before departure for a refund of the tour charge, less any nonrefundable payment-processing fees. You may also request a no-fee reschedule, subject to availability. Cancel within 48 hours for a refund equal to 50% of the tour charge, less nonrefundable payment-processing fees. We normally arrive about 15 minutes before departure. If we cannot locate or contact you, the booking is treated as a no-show and cancelled 20 minutes after the scheduled start. A no-show receives a 50% refund less nonrefundable processing fees. Late arrival reduces tour time and may result in fewer stops. If road or weather conditions make the tour unsafe, we may cancel. You may choose a no-fee reschedule or a refund of the tour charge, less any nonrefundable payment-processing fees. TOUR DETAILS Possible stops are examples, not a guaranteed itinerary. We choose the final route using your preferences, venue hours and availability, and the most efficient travel plan. We confirm the route before your tour. Tastings, flights, food and drinks are purchased directly from each venue unless specifically listed as included. Prices, availability and group rules vary by stop. Guests of any age may participate. Guests must be 21 or older and carry valid government-issued photo identification to consume alcohol. Some venues may restrict where minors can sit or enter, so the final route may be adjusted. Passenger-van entry may be difficult for some guests. A small portable step is available. Please contact us before booking so we can discuss mobility needs and the vehicle planned for your group. Pickup outside the complimentary pickup area stated for your tour may be available for $2 per mile, quoted before booking. Any applicable taxes and all booking fees are displayed before payment. Gratuity is not included and is always optional, but greatly appreciated.
